日曜日は基本的にどこもしまっているお店が多い中で電気がついていたので
こちらの さく井 さんに初訪問
コース以外にもいけるということだったので入店させて頂きました。
車海老
鱧
キス
ナス
と２軒目だったため少量での注文
冷酒と共に頂きましたがとてもマッチしたお料理ばかりでした。
大きめのキスは少し身が分厚くふわふわの衣で味が包まれていとても美味しいです。
車海老は小ぶりですが噛んだ瞬間、香りが鼻を抜けた後、海老の旨味が感じられ絶品です。
鱧はしっかり骨切りされた身で紫蘇と梅肉を巻いた一品ですがこれがとても印象的でした
衣の食感とふわふわの大きめの鱧がとても美味です。
名物の蟹饅頭もおすすめです。
