・手取川 niji…バランスよくキレがいい。ちょいと濃厚
・手取川あらばしり 大吟醸生酒…大吟醸らしい、香り高く柔らかさ。生酒のフレッシュさ
・突き出し…小鉢2つ。あん肝が美味しく、期待感が増しました。
・天ぷら おまかせ(ペコロス、ヤングコーン、椎茸、スナップえんどう、アオリイカ、穴子、南京(カボチャ)、あまなが唐辛子、鱧の香梅揚げ)
ヤングコーンは先に焼いてあるのでしょうね、香ばしかったです。アオリイカはけっこう肉厚でやや固め。あまなが唐辛子は甘く、上品なパプリカみたいな感じでした。鱧はちょっと脂の乗った白身に梅がよく合ってました。おまかせで二千円とお得感がありました。
・甘鯛チーズ…ちょっと意外な組み合わせだけど、これはこれでアリかなと思いました。
以上、4,600円。
揚げたての天ぷらをカウンターで食べれるお店って贅沢でいいですね。しかもコスパ高くて嬉しかったです。
今は昼営業していないようです。
