以前から美味しい♡と知り合いから聞いていたので
期待に胸を膨らませながら訪問。
まずは「岩モズク」
次は大きな生牡蠣…
小さくカットされてます。あーもったいない
折角の特大岩牡蠣が…
でも、食べやすい！！！とみなさん絶賛(笑)
上には雲丹、じゅんさい、生わかめ、ジュレ
がかかっていて仄かに柚子の香りがします。
牡蠣はアレルギーの為、雲丹とじゅんさいを
ジュレでいただきました
次は鯵を海苔で巻いたものとヒラメ。 ガリや大葉も入って
全く臭みがないんです
新鮮な事もありますけど、ちゃんと酢で洗ってる
青魚が苦手な私も大喜び
自家製のポン酢と芽ねぎでいただきました。
続いて鮑の肝を使ったリゾット。
ギャ〜〜〜〜〜ｯ旨すぎるぅぅぅぅぅぅぅぅ
幸せMAX！！！
次は赤イカのぬた。
……なぜかリゾットが残ってないか、鍋の中を
覗く私………
そして「ミギス」のつみれ。暖かくてほっかほか
お椀の代わりになります
