Counter only. Edomae sushi with 9 seats. The owner and the landlady are the two of us. Friendly interactions and a comfortable atmosphere. All dishes are good. The sardine wrapped in seaweed was exquisite. Shari is red vinegar. The material is mainly local. I guess the taste starts to attack from around the chawanmushi. Until then, the taste of the ingredients is the main focus. I was happy that the ingredients were a little fresher than the usual Edomae sushi.
