食材はひとつひとつが感動して、どれが今日の一番か決めることが出来ません。
また、シャリが硬めでとても好みでした。
ドリンクのコスパも大変ありがたいです。
大将も奥様もとても目配せしてくださり気持ちが良く、説明も丁寧で食事がさらに美味しくなります。
お陰様で鮨の概念が変わりました。
