北陸唯一のミシュラン三ツ星店。
当時ミシュランの発表をリアルタイムで見ていて
三ツ星に小松さんの名前が出た時は本当に鳥肌が立ちました。
今回は貸切で。
多くの料理が出されるのですが
印象に残っている事はとにかく
いいものをそのままいただくということ。
無駄の一切無い味付けというか、
片折さんにも似た印象でしたが本当に美しいお料理でした。
ただ他の方のクチコミにあるような
お料理の説明や店主の熱意のようなお話は
今回ほとんど無く少し残念。
北陸唯一が金沢にあるというのは本当に誇りに思えるお店でした。
