キャビア、フォワグラなどを使うが、嫌味のない使い方でちゃんと料理に溶け込んでいる。主役ではなく薬味的な使い方というかこれはこれであり。
ホタルイカ、魚の鮮度も良く、文句なしにうまい。
金沢牛も脂がくどくなく美味しかった。
デザートの抹茶マスカルポーネムースと果物も面白い組み合わせで美味しい。
会計も烏龍茶一杯、焼酎のソーダ割1杯頼んで気持ちよく2万円ちょっとと料理の質にしてはかなりリズナブル。
昼夜コース内容は同じらしい。予想以上に良くて満足度の高い店だった。
また機会があれば再訪します。
