九十九（石川県金沢市）
去年6月に離婚して実家の金沢に移転してわたくし。
こっちには、友達が一人しかいないのね。
ただ、先週、横浜に住む友人が金沢まで遊びに来てくれました。
※本当にありがたい・・・
会社の車を借りて、市内、能登を訪れました。
で、夕食・・・
やはり、久々に会う友人とは、お酒で乾杯したいわけで・・・
会社の駐車場に車を停車して再ミート。
わたくしが、駐車場に向かっている間に健ちゃんが選択してくれたのが、金沢駅から徒歩6分ほどの、こちらの居酒屋。
去年末は武蔵のコールセンター勤務で帰るためのバス本数が少ないため、毎日金沢駅まで歩いていた。
その途中で、いつも見かけていた居酒屋。
店内は奥行きがあります。
入り口近くのテーブル席の着席。
月曜だったので、そんなに混んではいないのですが、団体の外国人の方が多く訪れています。
こちらの、お店は、北陸旅行者向けのメニューと、一般メニューの両方が準備されている。
とりあえずビールをオーダーしながら注文。
まず、北陸向けメニューから金沢おでんと、蟹甲羅味噌をオーダー。
おでんは、1人前って感じだったので、友人に譲る。
ただ、出汁が気になったので1口取り皿に入れてもらってテイスティングしました。
あっさりしているけれど、鰹だしがきいた、奥行きのあるスープ。
一般メニューからは、焼き鳥、ホルモンスパイス揚げ。
揚げたホルモンって、わたくし今まで食べたことがなかったの・・・
さて、注文の品がサーブされ始めます。
ホルモン揚げ、めちゃ美味しい！
ホルモンって焼くか煮るのが一般的ですが・・・
いつも、どこで飲み込んでいいのかわからないの。
でも、この揚げホルモン。
口に入れた際は鶏皮のようなパリッと食感。
中のお肉はとろけるようなクリーミーさなの。
通常のホルモンのように口の中に長期間滞在するわけではなく、
口どけのいい、例えるならクリームコロッケのような食感。
お値段は安くはないけれど、蟹の甲羅味噌は、ずわいがにの甲羅の中に、蟹みそ、蟹身、玉子の黄身がセットアップ。
日本酒にあうゴージャスな逸品でございました。
閉店時間が21時が多い金沢の飲食店の中では深夜まで営業していて、23時近くまで日本酒吞んじゃいました。
金沢駅からも近いので、旅行者の方にも、お勧めですわよ。
