夕食を食べる前に喉の渇きを癒すためビールが飲みたくなりました。
そこで、クロスゲート金沢２階にあるこちらのお店に入ることに。
醸造所は湯涌温泉にあります。
こちらのお店はオリエンタルブルーイングとしては初めて「Bistro」と銘打っています。
これまでのお店はあくまでもビールが中心でしたが、今回は季節の魚介をベースにした洋食レストランとなっていて、料理とビールのペアリングを楽しめるお店となっているのです。
ただお店自体はカジュアルな要素を大切にされているようで、オープンな空間にカウンターと、こちらのテーブル席。ふらっと立ち寄れるお店になっていました。
行ったのが15:30ごろでお客さんは誰もいません。
妻が頼んだのは「能登塩セゾン(税抜700円)」。
謳い文句として「レモングラスのような爽やかで、ややスパイシーな香り、心地よい酸味の能登の塩味がマッチする夏にぴったりのビールです。」と書かれていました。
私も一口飲みましたが、謳い文句の通りで塩味より爽やかさが勝っていて飲みやすいビールでした。
私は「加賀棒茶スタウト(税抜700円)」を頼んでいます。
「加賀棒茶」の香ばしい風味を楽しむことが出来る黒ビールで、酸味もほどよくコクがありました。
前にも一度飲んだことがあります。そのため半分以上は妻の胃袋に消えています。(^^;
おつまみとして「加賀新レンコンビアフリット(税抜700円)」もお願いしました。
カレーパウダーがかけられていて、サクッと食感もよく、味のほうもスパイシーな仕上がりでした。ビールに合いました。
金沢駅からもすぐなので、仕事帰りに気軽に立ち寄って美味しい料理と一緒に美味しいビールを飲むのに適したビストロだと思います。ご馳走様でした。
