金沢片町にまた１軒新しいお店がオープンしました。
焼鳥劇場旅鶏さんです。
旅鶏とは渡り鳥の１種のようで、
ＳＮＳをみればわかるのですが、
色々と全国の美味しい鶏を紹介していきたいということで、
そのような店名にしたのでしょうか。
ところで、あの北川君のお店ってことなんですが、
いや、誰やねんって話です。（笑）
あの北川君って私は知りませんでした。
ただ大勢の飲食関係の人が応援しているらしく、
皆さんにかわいがられている人かなって感じはします。
場所は焼肉康さんがあったところ。
近くに酔八仙さんや昇龍さんがありますね。
場所的に裏片町ともいうみたいです。
カウンターと個室があります。
現在のメインは天草大王という種類のニワトリみたいです。
正直あんまり聞いたことない品種ですね。
博多の水炊きではよく使われる熊本地鶏だそうです。
体重が７ｋｇとかなり大型の種類だそうです。
それ以外に全国の地鶏（名古屋コーチンとか）を
日替わりで提供するようです。
個人的には比内地鶏なんかがあると嬉しいですね。
ちなみに焼き鳥はお肉の味を感じてほしいので基本塩です。
いただいたのは以下の通り
焼鳥 もも 普通においしい
はつ 普通においしい
レバー（タレ） かなり美味しい レアでいい感じ
砂肝 結構おいしい
手羽先 かなり美味しい パリッと具合が良いです。新鮮で身離れも良い
皮 普通においしい
博多地鶏もも 当日の日替わり 普通においしい 普通のももより気持ち肉厚
豚バラと甘とうの煮込み ししとうっぽいけど甘とうという野菜と豚バラのスープ煮みたいです。
女性受けしそうですね。
長芋とささみ あえておとなしめの味付けか。
親子丼 結構おいしい。炭火で焼いた鶏を混ぜていて、親子丼の上に卵を
落としてます。
漬物盛り合わせ これが結構おいしいです。いろんな種類の漬物が楽しめます。
焼鳥屋ベースですが、どちらかというと鶏料理屋よりかもしれません。
ただまだオープンしたてなので、
これからも変化があるかもしれません。
地元民向けでしょうか。
あの北川君、頑張ってもらいたいな、と思いました。（*´∀｀*）
