若きマスターが取り仕切る店内は、凛とした雰囲気に包まれ、ふたとしたところに気の利いたディスプレイや仕掛けが満載で、この気の利いた心遣いはお料理への期待も高まります。
特に女性用トイレは秀逸との噂（女性の間で評判です）。
店内は、カウンター、個室カウンター、個室、掘りごたつの小上がりとバリエーションに富んでおり、目的に応じて使い分けたい。
ただし、本当のお店の魅力を体験されるならば、マスターや若き板さんたちとお話できるカウンターがお勧め。
料理は、十分満足度の高い3800円～3種類の設定あり、またアラカルトでもこだわりのメニューを取りそろえており、両方で楽しめる。
マスターが作り出すお刺身や目の前で完成するお豆腐などは絶品。締めにいただきたいのは、マスターが絶賛する「小松うどん」か「幻のお米で炊く白いご飯」。
随所にマスターのこだわりが見え隠れする名店です。
東京からのお客様などを接待した際には、「わざわざ飛行機に乗って食べにくる価値のあるお店」というご評価をいただきました。
お連れした私はとてもありがたい気持ちになりました。
向上心の高いマスターと、マスターを支える若き板さん2名の息の合った仕事ぶりは見ていて気持ちがよい。
