見て楽しむこと、教えてくれますね。
ブリの、幽庵焼きは、テリテリしていて、
幽庵地が味噌と酸味と、イイ塩梅で、
ブリの旨みが引き出されている。
パクッといただくと、焼き目が最高です。
手作りの豆腐って、初めて頂きました。
変な話、「豆腐」って、誰かが手作りで作っているのだろうが、
こちらの、「手作り豆腐」は、違います。
なめらかさ、口に入ったプルルン感…、
今まで食べたきた豆腐はなんだたのでしょう。
小松うどん、ってのも初めて頂きました。
松尾芭蕉も絶賛した。
うつわに盛られた、小松うどんは、ピカピカしてます。
うどんの、プリッした、たたずまい、カーブする盛られ方が、
