羊羹がういろうのようにさっぱり滑らかです。
お腹に重たくなくペロリと食べちゃいます。

竹皮につつまれた、栗ごろごろの野趣あふれる羊羹。蒸し羊羹ですね。金沢へ行くと購入します。とはいえ金沢市でなはく小松市なのです。竹皮の風味かほりが移り、栗の黄色と小豆色の対比。東京でもたまに見かけますが...
手土産の栗羊羮を、おいしそうだったから、自分用にも余分に買って食べました。
栗の香ばしさを引き立てる、ほんのり甘い羊羮。
さすが老舗、小細工なしで品のよい味わいでした。
