石川県小松、和菓子west百名店、松葉屋さんです。
嘉永5年、1852年創業の和菓子屋さんです。明治天皇誕生の年ですね。
代表銘菓、月よみ山路をいただきました。葛入りの栗蒸し羊羹で、もっちりした食感が癒されます。
ほっこりした栗との相性もよく、美味しいです。
葛入りだからか、素朴さと上品さが溶け合ってる感じですね。
歴史ある和菓子。
うっとりいただきました。
