Since I landed in Komatsu for the first time, I came to eat some Hokuriku specialties! The shop has jazz music that you can enjoy even by yourself. First, order a draft beer and choose the menu while drinking. This is definitely white shrimp sashimi! That's what I thought, but it was sold out, so I went with white shrimp Tempura and the local specialty, heshiko daikon radish. I drank Takeha and Masu Izumi, local sake from Hokuriku, and the white shrimp Tempura and heshiko daikon go well with the sake!
