創業昭和36年（1961年） 洋食カレーをベースとした元祖「金沢カレー」の名店。
金沢カレーを初めて作った会社。
私たちは“金沢カレー”という言葉ができるはるか昔に洋食店として創業しました。
時代の流れとともに次第にカレー専門店へと形を変え、現在の姿になっております。
ドロっとした濃厚な味のルゥ、溶け込んだ具材がしっかりと感じられるやみつきになる旨味、後引くスパイス感は「金沢カレーを最初に作った会社」だからこそ出せる、どこにもマネが出来ない味と自負しております。
