事前予約の対応の良さからある程度の予想は出来ておりましたが、
ここまで素晴らしいおもてなしは初経験と言って過言ではありませんでした。
また、料理の素材の説明も丁寧でした。中居様方の無駄のない立ち居振る舞いには関心で、
誠居心地が素晴らしかったです。料理の説明や内容については品数も多く記録を忘れました。（笑）
そして、何よりも癒されました。
今年の鮎の時期は終盤を迎えつつあると焼き方様の説明でした。
また、食べ易いサイズの鮎には、腹パンパンに卵が詰まっており絶品でした。
良い意味でのまさかな鮎は頭から尻尾まで丸かじりで頂けました。最高！
全て満点のお料理、そして満点のおもてなしをありがとうございました。
ここのお店が一番が喜ぶ言葉だと自分が感じた言葉です。
「白山の大自然を満喫しながら心の籠ったおもてなしをありがとう」
