宿泊もできる料亭だそうですが、まず門をくぐって
ビックリです！
なんと素晴らしい庭園でしょう♪ (^o^)
この景色を眺めながら食事ができるなんて幸せ♪
お昼に伺って ミニ会席(3500円)を注文♪
まず提供されたのは
「鮎の時雨煮」・「伊達巻」・「虹鱒のお造り」
「クルミたっぷりの白和え」・「ナメコのお浸し」
サーモンではなく紅鱒だなんて 気が利いています♪
クルミの香ばしさを白和えに合わせるとは、思いつき
そうで思いつかなかった良いアイデア♪
その後も
「里芋饅頭の餡掛け」・「蕎麦」・「揚げ出し」
などで お腹を満たし、
「炊き込みご飯」・「味噌汁」・「香物」
で締めます。
最後は「加賀紅茶のアイス」で終了です♪
せっかくなので 名物とも言える「イワナの塩焼き」も
一尾(993円)追加注文しました。
注文すると、料理人が部屋に来て 室内にある囲炉裏で
焼き始めます。
イワナは まだ生きています！ (^_^;)
じっくり炭火で焼いてくれるので美味しい♪
でもワタが全然 ニガくなく、ワタの中も空っぽだった
ので、水槽の中をエサを与えられず泳がされてたんだ
ろうなと推測します。 (^_^;)
まぁ 一口目で「味気ない」なんて思わなかったクセに
ゴチャゴチャ言うのは恥ずかしい事だな。 (^_^;)
景色も含め、総合的に満足できました♪
でも仲居さんの接客レベルは少し高くなって欲しい。
