Unlimited hot spring tours and gibier skewers. Delicious in the hearth.
After visiting two hot springs in Hakusan Roku, we checked in. Well, this bath is no longer a hot spring. Due to a disaster... So, I was able to get a cashback on the day-trip hot spring usage fee at a nearby inn, which was kind of bad, but I was able to go around the hot springs, so I checked in after the hot spring. Since the inn does not have a hot spring bath, we had to inform them over the phone when making the reservation. So, I looked at the website and came up with a plan to go to a hot spring. Thank you. So, dinner. Skewers of beef, deer, and boar are grilled on the hearth. Um... It baked well, and I congratulate myself. (^^)v I also eat a little bit of vegetables. When guests grill directly on the hearth, it's a matter of how well it's cooked, so if it's overcooked and doesn't taste good, it's a problem for the inn's reputation, and in a way it's risky. The boar shabu shabu on the way is not the original shabu shabu because it is made with wild boar, but rather, you should add all the ingredients once it boils. It's a pain to time the pot while grilling on the hearth, so I think it would be nice if you could serve the cooked food. . . And this pot. It's not particularly delicious, so if you could change the tofu, wild boar, green onion, and shirataki to something sweet and spicy, I'd like to have it as a side dish with white rice. The amount of food was just right for me. However, the chestnut Daifuku I ate before dinner had a big influence on me, so I ended up cutting back on it halfway through. sorry. So, we decided to have dessert in our room, and then took some frozen Ice cream home with us. Thank you for the meal.
