日曜11：00に行きました。
注文はざるそばと天ぷら。
10分程で配膳されました。
蕎麦は手打ちです。細くてしっかりコシがあり美味しいです。
つゆは少々薄めで食べ終わるころにはあまり味...
鳥越に本店があるそば屋さんの支店が鶴来のスーパー内にありました
同じ白山市の旧鳥越の農業体験施設「にわか工房」の中にあるそば屋さん。
今回、その支店があるということを知って行ってみることにしました。
鳥越の「にわか工房」は立派な独立した建屋にあったので...
お昼にそばが食べたくなり、たしかこちらのショッピングセンターで鳥越のにわか工房ご入っていたなと思いだし訪問しました。
