能登の名物の なまこを使った加工品を製造販売して
いる お店が、併設する食事処で料理を提供してくれて
います。
このわた いくら丼(1425円)を注文。
※このわたとは なまこの腸の塩辛です。
周りにイクラを盛り付ける事で、このわたを華やかに
見せる料理に なっていると思います。
でも このわたの生臭さが イクラの味を殺している感が
あって あまり良い組み合わせとは思えません。
このわたは単体で味わうか、キュウリやワカメなどを
脇役にした方が 美味しいと再確認。
