輪島市の中心部、朝市通りからほど近い場所
にある居酒屋。
この店の常連の知人の紹介で訪問。
この日は特別にカニのコースを仕立ててもら
う。入店して靴を脱ぎ4人用の個室座敷に
通される。早速酒を注文、地元輪島の地酒
を頼む。
まずはお造りが来た。生のズワイガニの足
寒鰤、ノドグロの3品。贅沢なお造りを
堪能する。
続いて毛蟹の甲羅にカニの実を詰めてトロミ
の出汁がひかれた1品。文句無しの美味さ。
次は意表をついてカニ甲羅のグラタン。
表面はパイ包みになっている。
そして松葉蟹の焼きカニ。文句のない旨さ
にひたすら黙って食う。
最後の1品が香箱蟹の釜飯。これは絶品と
しか言いようが無い。内子、外子、蟹の実
がおこげたっぷりのカニ出汁のご飯と
マッチしてこの上ない幸せ。
この店メニューを見ると能登の魚介類が
とてもリーズナブル。なるほどこの日も
地元客で満員。良い店を紹介して貰った。
