地元でも人気店との噂があったので、一応１週間前に予約。
訪店１７時４０分、予約時間より２０分早く到着しましたが、
快く受け入れてくれてカウンターに着座。
さっそく訪店の目的でもある「刺身盛合せ」能登の幸満載の一盛を注文。
酒は能登誉。串し焼は「砂肝」「ネギマ」を注文し、しばらくの待ち。
多くのお客さんはリーズナブルで大きめの「ブリカマ」を目的のようですが、
自分は１人訪店なのでブリカマ１つでお腹が満たされてしまっては
もったいないので今回はパス。
カウンター席はテンポ良く、リズミカルな感じで魚を捌いている大将がよく見えます。
これだけ人気店でお客さんも多いのに、料理は１人でこなしていました。
で、待つこと１０分、最初の「刺身盛合せ」が運ばれてきました。
能登の厳選された海の幸が盛りだくさん！「ぶり」「キダイ」「すま（ソーダ鰹）」
「ミズダコ」「甘えび」と白身魚を中心の新鮮刺盛り！大根のツマも自家製包丁切り。
どれを食べても美味い！日本酒との相性は抜群！
１皿でこれだけの海の幸を楽しめたので大満足！
途中串物が運ばれてきたので「レモンサワー」に切り替えさっぱりといただきました。
次回も予約を入れ、「ブリカマ」を堪能しようと思います。美味かった！
