輪島の新名物・漁師鍋『トコトコ鍋』
サバなどの薄切りの切り身を、醤油と砂糖で味付けした出汁が入った鍋にしゃぶしゃぶして食べました。味は、魚のすき焼き風⁉️とにかく美味い。サバの切り身も新鮮！刺身としても食べました。こんなに美味い漁師鍋があったんだな〜と感心。魚は、季節によってその時期にある魚を使うそうです。
そのほかに、洋風茶碗蒸し、海草しゃぶしゃぶ、定番の刺身盛り、てんぷら、パイ包み？その他いろいろ。最後は雑炊で締め。
同僚の評判も上々でした。トコトコ鍋を食べたことがない方は、是非食べてみてください。
