能登半島と言えば能登フグらしいです。初めて聞きましたが、どうやらフグの漁獲量が日本一からきているようですが、フグの種類は問わないようで雑多なフグがいるようです。
能登も宣伝に力を入れているようで、能登フグブランドで定額のコースを売り出しています。
今回は事前予約が必要らしいですか、定額コースでいただくことにしました。
コースの内容は様々で各店舗に委ねられるようです、喜芳では真フグでテッサ、和え物、唐揚げ、白子茶碗蒸し、汁物と堪能しましたが、合計、3000円はかなり安いと思いましたね。虎ふぐに比べると真フグの味は落ちると思いますが、それでもフグは旨いでお値打ちと思いましたね。
能登に行ったら能登フグコースを食べはのは良いのでは。ご馳走さまでした。
