輪島に来ています。輪島は天然のふぐの水揚高が日本一と言う事で、どうしてもふぐが食べたくなり、いろいろ調べていたら、こちらがふぐ丼の発祥の地だということがわかり行ってみることにしました。
お店は高級感があり、落ち着いた感じです。ふぐ丼をいただきました。ふぐの天ぷらにタレがかかっているシンプルなものですが、あっさりとした味わいを楽しむことができました。
これで2000円しないと言うのは破格値だと思います。やはり産地で食べると安くて美味しくいただけます。
