輪島観光のついでに、ちょっと噂を聞いていたので、予約して行ってきました。
店に入るとクマ科の大将が笑顔でお出迎え、全部で8席ほどで、営業時間（18：00～0:00)前に関わらず、
私たちが入店する...
店主が出汁作りからこだわっているだけあって、「もつ鍋」は見た目以上にさっぱりしてて、とても美味しかったです。
〆にラーメンを投入して食べました。
ご飯を投入して、雑炊にも出来るそうです。
