数年前から名前は知っていましたが、初めてお邪魔しました。
「二人で」と予約の時に告げると「男性、女性で宜しいでしょうか？」。
通されたのは夜景が見える席。
見えるのは菜園方面、遠くに時々見える新幹線の窓の明かり。
会話が途切れても風景から話のネタが出来ます（笑）。
安代のふうせつ花の豆腐を使ったサラダ…ここの豆腐は以前から好きでしたし
「葉っぱ」に加えてヘルシーです。
さつま地鶏のたたき…薬味のにんにくとマッチしてコリコリとした食感。
塩ホルモン鍋…ホルモンの柔らかさと塩というのは合いますね。
串揚げの盛り合わせ…え～っと６種だったかな？コレは、某串揚げ屋のよりも美味かった。
柴漬けの炒め飯…もち米だと思うんですが、食べ応えはあるし、飲んだ後のラーメンは不要（笑）。
酒はエビスの生を最初に一杯頂きましたが、他にもキリン、サッポロなどがあり
ビール党で銘柄にうるさい人でも一通りあるので大丈夫かと。
日本酒は石川の「常きげん」、青森の「ん」、奈良の…銘柄失念。
いずれも中々見ない酒で美味かったですね。
圧巻はカウンターの前にある焼酎の数々。
次回は焼酎も飲んでみたいと思いました。
行く前の印象は「料理は軽めかな？」と思っていましたが、さにあらず。
十分にお腹も満たされ、味もよく、店員さんも呼ぶとすぐ来てくれて、料理も待たせることなく出てきます。
やたらと昇降が遅いエレベーターを降りると、その先には良いお店と味がありました。
