ふっくら美味しい鰻です
夏に鰻を食べなかったのが悔やまれていたので、今日みたいな暑い日は鰻を食べたくなって予約の電話をさせていただきました。無事予約できて訪問したお店は上品な料亭の様なお店です。関西.関東.白焼き櫃まぶしとメニューは豊富で関東風のうな重をオーダー、冷酒をいただきながら待たせていただきました。頂いた鰻は皮まで柔らかく臭みもありません。手が止まらず完食、小食で残した妻の分まで全部美味しく頂きました。本当に美味しかったです。

久しぶりにお邪魔しました。たまたま予約なしで入店できてラッキーでした。美味い鰻を妻に食べさせたい一心で暖簾をくぐりました。昼は鰻丼のみということです。捌いて蒸してタレをつけて焼く、それなりの時間がかかりましたが極上の鰻丼が運ばれて来ました。蒸したばっかりの身のふっくらさ、炭火で焼いたスモーキーさ、これが鰻屋さんの極上だと思います。甘いタレが多すぎればこれらの極上フレーバーは失われてしまうけど、どこまでが美味しいと思う上限なのか？スーパーの飴の様なタレは論外として、ご飯が見えないくらいたっぷりのうなぎを合間に挟む漬物や肝吸いでリフレッシュしながら最後まで同じテンションでフィニッシュ出来るこの鰻丼は名品だと思います。ご馳走様でした。
