9月中旬、自粛も緩和され、家族と遅めの夏休みで東北へ、この日は盛岡でランチ。お店は、盛岡駅から徒歩15分。事前に予約して伺いました。
開店の12時ちょっと前にお店に到着すると既にお客さんが並んで待っていました。
ほどなく、女将さんが出てきて暖簾を出しましたが、この日は予約分で売り切れのようで、予約のないお客さんは残念そうに帰ってゆかれました(＞＜)
テーブルに案内され、注文をして、ゆっくりと料理が到着するのを待ちます。
＜ランチ＞
特選うな重 ¥3300-
30分ちょっとで、うな重が到着。
うなぎは、大きく厚さもまずまず、炭火のよい香り。
しっかりと漬け焼きされているので、色艶のテリもいい。
さっそくいたたいてみると、ふっくらと蒸されているうなぎは柔らか。タレは、醤油も効いていますが、甘さも強めでごはんによく合います。
盛岡で一番人気だけあって、とても美味しいうなぎをいただけました。
