盛岡市 菜園
鰻 善
鰻重
前日の予約でしたが12時からしか空きが無いようで
12時に予約し訪問しました。
鰻重の鰻は立派な鰻でした。
味は東北の鰻にしてはスッキリした味わいで
甘過ぎず僕の好みでした。
逆に甘しょっぱいタレが好みな方は敬遠された方が良いかも。
鰻の肝焼きは昼は無いと断られました。
接客は忙しいのはわかりますが
急か急かした感じなのが残念。
ゆっくり出てくる鰻はゆっくり食べたいものです。
食べ終わって外に並んでいるお客様をみて急か急かしても仕方ないのかな？と思いました。
