個人的にはお通しの昆布は、懐かしの味でした。これは郷土料理なのかと認識した。
木造作りのお店の中には、鮑のいる水槽や、丸のお魚がいて、岩手きたなって思えた。
カウンターにいた大将？さんの接客も絶妙かつ落ち着いた雰囲気で食事を楽しめた。おそらくお客さんの層も落ち着いてて、少なくても若者が来るようなことはないから、お食事楽しめたのだと思う。
また、季節を変えて伺いたいです！
