盛岡駅から徒歩15分くらい、大通アーケード街の
通りから少し中に入ったところにある、古民家風の
居酒屋さんです。
東北の美味しいものがたくさん頂いてきました。
刺身盛合せは、本まぐろ、ほうぼう、たい、
あいなめ、かさご、ひらめ、そい、と白身魚中心で
新鮮でコリっとした食感が美味しいです。
番屋サラダは、揚げた魚、海老、たこなどが入った
海鮮サラダで、海鮮も野菜も新鮮です。
カラっと揚げた揚げた魚がアクセントでいいですね。
たらきくは、関東でいう”白子”です。
白子改めたらきくは地域によって色々と呼び方が
あるそうです。
プリッとろっとしていて、甘く濃厚で、臭みがなく、
少し苦手な食べ物でしたが、こちらのはいくらでも
食べてしまいそうです。
牡蠣もと焼きのもと焼きとは、マヨネーズのような
卵のもとをかけて焼くお料理だそうです。
ながさわさんのもとは、卵白、にんにく、マヨネーズを
使っているそうで、このもとを新鮮な牡蠣にかけて
焼かれているので、とろっとマイルドで、香ばしく
食べたことがないのに懐かしさを感じました。
前沢牛は100gからお願いでき、色々食べたい人にも
いいですね。
肉質は柔らかく、甘くて美味しい脂で、さすが東北！
唐辛子みそと合わせて頂きます。
どのお料理も新鮮で、優しい味付けで、とても
美味しかったです。
お料理は日本酒によくあって、飲んだことのない
日本酒もあって大満足でした。
