元々は甘味処というお話も耳にしますこちらのお店。
確かにメニューに、おしるこ、くるみ餅等のお団子系もあったりと甘味処と言われたら甘味処なんでしょうか？
しかし、ご飯物メニューも豊富でしてカツカレーやうどん類、丼物、ひっつみとバリエーションは豊富。
自分はひっつみを食べると決めていたのでひっつみ定食をチョイスしました。
出てきた定食のひっつみですがまず器の大きさに驚き。
想定していた器より20％位大きめ。
具もたっぷりですが何より入っているひっつみの量が半端じゃない。
ツルツルシコシコでとっても美味しいんですけど定食だと白米もついてくるので食べ切れるか不安。
上品な醤油ベースの汁にごぼうや干し椎茸、鶏肉の出汁が溶けだしていてめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
やはり郷土料理って美味しいものが多いですね、長崎にある姫松屋の具雑煮とかもそうでしたが愛され続けるのがうなずける。
おかずもどれも美味しくて白米を先に完食しひっつみを食べ進めるのですが途中でお腹いっぱいに…
完食は不可能でした^_^;
ひっつみ単体でお腹いっぱいになる量でした、少しもったいなかったですがとっても美味しく頂きました。
