イオン盛岡南ＳＣの１階角にあるバイキングレストランに 久しぶりに来店しました。
お昼時は、入り口前の椅子に順待ちの人がいますが、
以外に流れはスムーズだとおもいます。
メニューは、サラダ・和食系は、煮浸し、おひたし、和え物、お豆腐、
ポテトサラダに、サラダとサラダのトッピングなどなど、
入り口付近は,家庭的な料理が多く、
日ごろの野菜不足が解消されるほどの 品数があるとおもいます。（笑）
洋食系の種類は、ピザが３～４種類・パスタが二種類に、ドリア・グラタンに、
定番の揚げ物やら、ハンバーグなどなど、
ご飯物は、焼きそばに、ラーメンに、カレーにちらし寿司！！！
もちろんスープあります。。。
デザート類も充実しています。
ケーキにプリンに果物・ジュレに、あずきに白玉と、
自分で作るソフトクリームがあり、ちょっと楽しいです。
もちろん 飲み物も充実しているとおもいます。
ジュース類はもちろん、ハーブ茶に紅茶もあるのには驚きました。
時間によっては、特別メニューも 出るらしいのですが、
今日、１３時過ぎの来店のため終了していました。（残念です。）
お値段は 高めですが、
ここは、色々な種類を食べれるのでイイとおもいます。
子供のづれの家族・お友達同士と幅広い人たちで 楽しめるところだとおもいました。
