I went to [Monte Bocca] on Kaiunbashi Dori, Morioka City. The issue of the new National Stadium has been difficult. The other day, I finally decided on the design. The design makes extensive use of domestic cedar and features plenty of wood and greenery. It seems to express traditional Japanese architecture. When I saw this news, it reminded me of the Italian restaurant [Monte Bocca].The building, which uses a lot of wood, caught my eye and I've been curious about it for a long time. I had studied wood a little when I was young, and I was very interested in what was going on inside the store. This is my first visit (^-^) In this day and age, even buildings that use wood are rare, but most of the buildings are made from wood from Iwate Prefecture, and there is a post office on the first floor and an Italian restaurant on the second floor... This seems to be rare nationwide, and there is no end to the number of people who come from all over the country to inspect it. Climb the spiral staircase to the second floor. The store is on one floor with an atrium. The pillars are made of laminated wood with a large cross section, giving it a solid feel. The counter has flooring that was originally used as flooring material! It's an interesting idea (^_^)v The first thing that caught my eye was the herringbone flooring. Herringbone is a technique that creates arrow-like braiding. Because it is costly and time-consuming, there are fewer craftsmen who can do this method, and it is no longer often seen. Buildings that use a lot of wood have a nostalgic feel...It's nice to have a space where you can relax. The store was very busy, with couples there as it was almost Christmas, and groups as it was the year-end party season. I went to the counter seat that I had requested at the time of reservation. This time, I visited with my friend and the gentleman who won over Ashy-kun (perhaps...dead language?). I heard from MyRebi that the store manager is a good-looking guy, and all six of the staff members are good-looking (lol). I was looking around, not knowing which one was the store manager (^^;; He was in charge of the hall. That person was the manager. I feel safe in a restaurant that has experienced staff in the hall ♪ Personally, my rating goes up (^з^)-☆ Well now... First of all, "Homemade sangria 680 yen" Here's a toast. A mellow taste with apples, oranges, honey, and spices... apparently. Ashy ordered the "Sapporo Premium Free 500 yen." He ordered the following: - Appetizer... Prosciutto, honbinosu Croquette /Montebocca salad 1,180 yen ・Margherita 1.080 yen ・Potato meat sauce 1,280 yen ・Salmon and mushroom basil cream 1,480 yen The salad was hearty and enough for three people. Pizza using gas The "Margherita" baked in a pot is a very thin and crispy type. The slightly burnt part is fragrant and the crispy texture is good. I like it better than the medium-thick pizza (^-^) Pasta The rich sauce of both types was very delicious.As the group of people drinking alcohol became lively, I decided to have coffee after the meal at another restaurant and left the restaurant after about an hour. . I'm sure they sensed our feelings. The store manager and all the staff bowed their heads and said, "Sorry for being a little noisy." I'm sorry (≧∇≦) Next time, I'd like to take your time.
