冬はもちろん、春の山菜、夏が旬のトマトやアスパラ、秋はきのこや里芋と1年を通しておでんが楽

おでんにこだわった店です。おでんの基本は出汁。出汁の水は月の輪酒造店の仕込み水を使用。おでんの具はさつま揚げやいわしつみれを始めとしほとんどが手作り。その具は定番が30種余り。季節に応じた日替わりのおでんも10種類ほど。日本酒は地元岩手の月の輪酒造の無農薬米を使用した純米酒を中心に全国から取り寄せています。本格焼酎は芋・麦・泡盛、小さくても個性を活かした蔵のものを集めています。
