猛威を振るう新型コロナウィルス。
4月28日時点で感染者０の岩手県でもお店が
多数臨時休業しており人が疎ら。
仕事の帰りにテイクアウトで利用しました。
盛岡市内に数店舗展開する居酒屋さん。
海鮮料理が安くて美味しいので常に混雑して
る印象です。
祝日の前夜なので多くの酔客で賑わうはずの
歓楽街ですが驚くほど人がいない。
テイクアウトメニューから
鮭&はらこ丼 500円
おかか唐揚げ丼 500円
を注文しました。
お茶を出して頂き店内で出来上がりを待つ。
注文から10分くらいで出来上がりました。
待ってる間、お弁当を受け取りに来る方もい
たので需要があると思われる。
受け取るとずっしり重い。
袋から揚げたての唐揚げの匂いが良い。
おかか唐揚げ丼500円。
たったの500円でこの内容、すげ〜。
揚げたてジューシーな唐揚げが7？8個？
レタスの上にポテサラがどっさり。
きゅうり、ミニトマトが添えられてます。
お約束のたくあんもある。
唐揚げが旨い！！
外はサクッと中はジューシー。
鶏肉の質が良いので味付けはシンプル。
シンプルな味付けだが鶏肉特有の臭みは一切
ありません。
素晴らしい。
旨い唐揚げを満足するまで食べられる。
何度も言いますがこれで
たったの500円！！
しかも税込なのだ。
鮭&はらこ丼500円
はらこ丼は駅弁でもお馴染みですね。
お隣の宮城県の郷土料理です。
鮭の親子丼です。
付け合せは唐揚げのお弁当と同じです。
出汁の効いたご飯にほぐした鮭を混ぜ込んだ
ご飯です。
その上に鮭、イクラ、三つ葉、海苔をのせて
ます。
綺麗な見た目ですね〜。
ご飯に混ぜてある鮭はフレークではなく粗く
ほぐした身です。
仕事が丁寧だし味、食感もすごく良い。
プチプチしたイクラと相性バッチリ。
しつこいけど、お値段はたった500円。
本当、有難いお値段設定です。
コロナの影響で外食産業は崖っぷちの状況
ですが、お店を守る為に知恵を出し一生懸命
頑張ってらっしゃる方々を見ると自分も頑張
ろうと元気をもらった感じがする。
