小雨の降る盛岡、会社からアーケードを通りすぐのこちらでランチです。
大通はランチ天国ですね。
盛岡に戻り夜の街には出れてませんが…
こちらの系列店は駅前で過去に宴会をしたことがありました。お刺身の鮮度が売りのお店なので、ランチも刺身やら焼き鯖などもラインナップ。
そんな中での日替わり定食です。
結局決めきれないだけ…
本日はたこ飯定食で、タコのお刺身もついてます。
タコは幼少期に食べ過ぎて、胃腸炎になって日赤に救急搬送された記憶があり、最近ではあまり食べなくなってましたが、たこ刺しうまかったなぁ。
主役のたこ飯は、お釜に蒸籠を敷き、その上に盛り付けされてますよ。
固形燃料によりむされて熱々です。
茶碗に盛れば猫舌でも大丈夫です。
固形燃料見てたら、週末にソロキャンプしたくなってきたなぁ。たこ飯、チャレンジしてみようっと。
