shabu shabu changes color vividly when soaked in hot water. It's simple but visually pleasing. The seaweed is crunchy and has a nice base, so I selfishly ordered some green onions and tofu for boiled tofu. Also, yellowtail sashimi, which is not on the menu. Thank you to the deputy manager for taking care of everything, including the yellowtail shabu.I will visit again.Thank you very much.
