先客2組ほど。
お目当てのお店にフラれて
途方に暮れていたところ
こちらのお店が思いついて
予約無しで突撃訪問。
1人だったこともあり
無事カウンターに通してもらいました。

盛岡駅から徒歩10分ほど。
パルクアベニューのすぐ横。

カウンターとテーブル。
私が訪問した時には
8名程の宴会をやっていた。
大人数でも使えそう♪
【オーダー】
ノンアルコールビールで乾杯！
日本酒の種類が豊富。
オーダーは以下。
・お刺身盛り合わせ(5種)
鯛、サバ、サーモン、トロなど。
あれ、よく見たら6種類あるｗ
ラッキー。
ぶ厚めカットで新鮮。
・せりのお浸し
本日のおすすめからチョイス。
せり由来の苦みがうっすら感じられて
良いアクセント。
素材の味を活かす最小限の味付けだった♪
・おにぎり(明太子)
おいしい！！！
ご飯少なめにしてもらった。
ふわっふわで塩分もちょうどいい。
白米自体がしっかり美味しいんだろうなぁ。
明太子の他に魚ってのもあって
お店の人に聞いたところ
お刺身盛り合わせを作る際に余った部分を
味付けしておにぎりの具にしているとのこと。
なるほど、そっちも気になるなぁ。
次回チャレンジしよ。
