盛岡の本宮にある『三代目 助五郎』さんへランチに
母親二人と行ってきました。
『樽』の型の個室で、なんかワクワクしました。
海鮮系のメニューがたくさんあって、迷いましたが、ちょっとずついろんな種類が食べられる『レディースランチ 花ごぜん』にしました。
【レディースランチ花ごぜん】
①ハラコ飯
鮭とイクラのハラコ飯。
酢飯かな。やわらかイクラに、いい感じの塩気の鮭。
三つ葉、錦糸玉子、海苔がのっていて、風味もよし。
②焼き物：サワラの西京焼き
ふっくらと焼かれた焼き魚。西京味噌がいいですね。
③揚げ物：カレーコロッケ
一口サイズのカレーコロッケは、小さいながらにホクホク。
④煮物：ひじき煮
⑤小鉢：春雨サラダ
⑥茶碗蒸し
ホタテの貝柱、海老など海鮮の茶碗蒸し。プルプル。
⑦香の物
⑧サラダ
⑨味噌汁
⑩デザート：プリン
計10品の花ごぜんは、女性好みでした。
食後にコーヒーをいただいて、樽の個室でゆっくりしてきました。
