...e. For women in particular, there is always a great plan available, the "unlimited time all-you-can-drink plan" for two or more people, so it's perfect for a girls' night out. Apparently, some customers stayed there for nearly five hours... And of course, the food is delicious. The "Koikogashi Spare Ribs" is made by marinating domestic meat in a miso-based sauce with added alcohol, mirin, garlic, etc. for a day and then baking it in the oven, resulting in a very tender finish. The bitter and sweet-sour taste of the marmalade is the origin of the name "Koikogashi."
