「百光 別誂(びやっこうべつあつらえ)」を特別に試飲させていただきました。
日本酒を委託醸造するブランド「SAKE HUNDRED(サケハンドレッド)」のフラッグシップが「百光(びゃっこう)」で、お値段は27,500円税込となっています。
サイトの情報になりますが、抽選販売で、500本に対して2万件の応募があったんだとか。(ちなみにAmazonでは現在49,980円税込の掲載がされていました）
「百光」は製造しているが山形県楯の川酒造で、山形県産出羽燦々を18%まで精米している超プレミアムなお酒になり、同シリーズの「百光 別誂」は兵庫県産山田錦のバージョンになります。
精米歩合の数値が小さい日本酒のイメージ通り、フルーティな香りがたちスッキリした口当たりです。山田錦由来の旨味を感じつつ甘味や酸味が主張し過ぎない全体的なバランスが取れた品の良いお酒と感じました。
超貴重な日本酒を試飲させてもらった、柏田ｻﾝと店長ｻﾝに大感謝です。ご馳走さまでした。
百光のインパクトが大きくて料理の感想をしていませんが、次に行った際に柏田ｻﾝお得意の焼き物を中心に感想を書かせてもらいます(^^)
