前夜花巻の温泉に泊まってチェックアウト。開店早々に伺いました。ショーケースを眺めるとおめあての苺のミルフィーユが！やはりミルフィーユとかパイ生地のものは作ってから時間をおかない方がパリッとしておいしいです。同じように私の好きなバナーヌもできて時間をおかない方がいいですね。さっそく持ち帰って熱い紅茶でいただきます。
この店は生クリームが甘さ控えめでカスタードが濃いめでなめらか。価格もリーズナブルで大きさも程よい感じです。
ほかには苺プリンも購入。毎度おなじみのプリンとシュークリーム。とりあえずこのくらいかな。同行したカミさんはもっといろいろ買いたいようでしたが、そんなにいっぱい食べられないので控えました。和菓子や焼き菓子もいろいろで、こんどそちらも試してみたいです。
