蕎麦の面影を感じつつ二郎系を楽しめる逸品
蕎麦粉が入っているとのことでしたがほぼ二郎麺
に感じた

夜タイガーのまぜそばはあまりおいしくなかった
ややオーシャンっぽいだけの麺、タレは薄めでありまぜそば特有の美味しさがなかった

ランチに肉そばをいただき、そばとも二郎系とも言い難いものに感動しました。
二郎はインスパイアしているようで、田舎蕎麦よりの歯応えのある麺、つゆもごま油を加えた濃いめのものでした。
