母→あんず酒ソーダ割り
シャリ→小さめの赤酢、甘さも程よい
ネタ→雲丹やマグロ以外は大体地物だそうで
特に好みだったのが
イカ:すだちの皮のおろしと塩がイカとの相性抜群
コハダ:関東のようなしっかりと酢締めしたものではなく
浅締めで脂が乗っていました
鰆:春のイメージだしたが、今の時期は戻り鰆でこちらも脂がのったいました
穴子:関東とは違う煮穴子ではない焼穴子の握りでパリッと食感が良かった
さざえ:荒巻のない瀬戸内海の穏やかな海で育ったさざえはゴツゴツとしていない殻が特徴
肝の臭みもなく出汁がでた汁は美味！
もちろん、車海老、マグロも良いネタでした
日本酒は宮泉や獺祭などもありますが
香川の酒を
王道に3種ありますが
その時々で季節物の日本酒もあり
ぜひ聞いてみて飲んでみることをおすすめです
出張中の夕飯を悩んで
たまたまネットサーフィンしていたら
雰囲気の良さそうなお店と発見し当日予約
今まではコロナの影響もあり当日でも問題なさそうですが
ちょこちょこ客足も戻り始めているとのこと
平日は出張中の県外の方や地元の方
土日は観光客
という割合で賑わうそうです
