I had a Bento (boxed lunch) for lunch again today. The new coronavirus problem has caused changes and stress in daily life. I heard that it can cause serious symptoms, and I think that I have to be careful not to infect myself in order not to cause trouble to others, not to mention my family. I have come to think that changes in daily life and stress are inevitable in the current situation. As self-restraint continues, I have had more opportunities to eat Bento (boxed lunch). Some were delicious and satisfying, while others were just average. La'nara's Bento (boxed lunch) was one of the Bento (boxed lunch) I ate during the self-restraint period, and it was one that was highly satisfying in both taste and price. My partner and I ate the daily Bento (boxed lunch). First of all, I was happy to see the variety of side Bento (boxed lunch) and the salmon. All of the several side dishes were delicious, with Simmered dish, grilled, and Fried food. [b:I thought the composition of the food was wonderful. ] Simmered dish was deliciously stewed daikon, konnyaku, and chicken, while the grilled dishes were meat, tamagoyaki, and salmon. The meat was seasoned deliciously, like shogayaki or staminayaki, and the tamagoyaki, like a quiche, had a great texture and taste. The salmon was just the right amount of salt. Fried food were corn, shumai, and chikuwa tempura, and the chikuwa tempura was delicious because of the extra effort put into stuffing it. The potato salad was also delicious. It was potato salad with ham and egg, and it had been a long time since I had tasted potato salad. Both my partner and I enjoyed it and were very satisfied. It's nice to eat delicious food that seems to have been carefully prepared. Next time, I'd like to try freshly cooked food at a restaurant.
