GOTOディナーで訪問しました。
座敷もありますが、一人なのでお席は厨房前の最大2人しか座れなさそうな、こじんまりした掘りごたつ式カウンター。落ち着く席です。
刺身３種、焼き餃子、骨付き鳥をオーダー。
鳥が焼き上がるまでは、生と共に、お通しのポテサラと刺身を頂きます。
高松港には水揚げされたタコを食べさせるような場所もあったので期待しましたが、特に感動なし。
カンパチだったかは、歯応えあり脂も乗っていてまずまず。
餃子は、冷食との違い感じず、、、
待ちに待った骨付き鳥は20分以上して、芋ロックを飲み始めた頃に到着。
去年食べた一鶴を想像しながら口に入れると、かっ、固い！
1人なので小さい方ということで、親を頼んでましたが、これが想像以上の硬さ。
表面のスパイシーなはずのところも特に飲み物が進むような良さはなし。
大昔、一鶴の親鳥も食べたことがありますが、こんなには固くなく、その時は表面のスパイスを楽しみながら固い身を何度も噛み締め、お酒が進んだ記憶しかなかったので、今回は噛むことでの旨味もなく、ガッカリ。
普段、頼んだものを残すことはないのですが、これは半分くらい残しちゃいました。
