This Sushi is located 5-6 minutes walk from Kataharamachi on the Kotoden Nagao Line. Apparently the chef worked in Japanese and Italian Cuisine Japanese-style meal before becoming a sushi Sushi. I made a reservation on a weekday evening. It has a high rating, but it doesn't seem like it's that difficult to make a reservation. The restaurant has a counter with a row of seats, and it seems to have private rooms as well. The selection course is 22,000 yen. It starts with 6 appetizers, followed by 10 nigiri and 2 rolls. The portions are average. I added a hand-rolled fatty tuna and sweet shrimp with olive oil. The local person next to me said, "You have to try this!" lol The rice was quite warm and I could feel the vinegar, but it was mild. The texture was just right. I enjoyed three types of tuna: medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, and seared fatty tuna, and they were all delicious. It was unusual to have steamed golden-eyed snapper Sushi served as nigiri. It was also delicious. The toppings were often large, so you could really enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. Personally, I think the appetizers left a stronger impression than the nigiri. The chef was very frank and we had a lot of fun talking.
